Trials with self-driving shuttle buses in Gothenburg!

S3 Phase 1 has been completed and we are reloading for a new start with a new route to connect Hugo Hammars kaj and bus stop Regnbågsgata in early 2021.

A self-driving minibus with space for 10 passengers is being tested in Gothenburg. Shuttle buses reduce the need for parking spaces, which will stimulate the densification of the city. The goal is to test how new, shared transport solutions can contribute to continued sustainable city development.

It takes a coalition to make this possible: Keolis, RISE, Chalmers, Göteborgs Stads Parkering AB, Ericsson, Västtrafik, Johanneberg Science Park och Härryda Municipality.
